Vintage: Gentle grape crushing is followed by open fermentation. A hand operated basket press extracts colour and flavour from the skins. The unfiltered wine is then aged in American oak barrels for a period of 24 months. This hands-on winemaking process, combined with bottle age prior to release, delivers maximum fruit flavour and soft oak character.
Nose: Plum and soft vanilla.
Palate: . Mid to full bodied Shiraz with ripe plum, pepper and spice, subtle tannins and generous length.
Pairing: Grilled or roast beef especially served rare or with a pepper sauce
