Vintage: Hand made wine using traditional winemaking techniques, open fermenters, basket pressing and 21 months in aged French and American oak barrels.
Nose: Black berries, cherry and vanilla
Palate: Light-medium bodied. The palate is savoury with lush red and black fruits, with lingering spice to finish.
Pairing: Ideal with tomato based meat dishes.
